Hands-On Initiatives
From hands-on volunteer efforts to companywide giving initiatives, our Building Up philanthropic program was created out of a need to coordinate the tremendous amount of good happening across our offices.
The Many Causes We Support
Longstanding, office-led events like Cars & ‘Q for the Cause and BuildStrong have raised millions of dollars in support of organizations such as the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Autism Strong. At the local level, our offices’ Building Up committees organize support of organizations within their communities.
Individual Impacts
And because enriching the world starts with our people, we also support individual passions through matching gifts and volunteer time, giving employee-owners the ability to invest in causes that matter to them personally.
Making Strong Connections
Our Employee Resource Groups provide opportunities for connection and mentorship, building a strong community within our company. These groups support professional development, encourage open dialogue, and strengthen relationships across our offices.
From the Veteran Service Committee to Women in Construction, each ERG plays a role in fostering engagement within Choate and in the communities we serve.
