The University of Tennessee Knoxville partnered with Choate to bring more than 1,900 new suite- and semi-suite-style dormitory units directly to campus in Poplar Hall and Beacon Hall. These new dormitories serve to meet the demands of a rapidly growing student population without disrupting the rhythm of university life.
