Constructed of a cast-in-place concrete frame, the exterior façade features stucco, brick, cast stone, and storefront windows. Sitework included an artisan fountain, surrounded by brick pavers and lush landscaping. A secluded, open-air patio with vertical gardens and natural wood furniture completed the outdoor space.

Situated on an extremely active jobsite with a large senior living facility being constructed at the same time, constant communication and a highly orchestrated safety and logistics plan were critical to success. Down to the minute, deliveries and crane operation were carefully coordinated.

Upon entrance to the hotel lobby, guests are welcomed with rustic influences, homey furniture, and custom mirrored bar. The lobby is host to a cozy coffee house in the morning and beckons as a sultry gastro lounge at night. A full kitchen services both restaurant and catering needs. From the grand ballroom, to library-inspired breakout rooms, meeting space is plentiful at Hilton Canopy. A colorful, modern fitness center and orange Canopy bikes round out the amenity space.

Blending southern tradition with modern luxury, Hilton Canopy’s guestrooms and suites offer a comfortable, tranquil stay. Even down to the eye mask, two mock-up units included every single detail of the guestrooms. Detailed quality control checklists conducted through the communication platform Procore allowed the Choate team to ensure room-to-room consistency.
