A challenging 10-acre site requires extensive earth removal to ready the property for an underground 390-space, valet car-lift parking deck constructed of cast-in-place concrete.

Resort-style common space throughout the CCRC combines for a total of 160,000 SF encompassing multi-purpose rooms, fine dining areas, terraces, a bistro, salon, fitness areas, indoor pool, and spa.
